To change an app icon ( the tab icon):

 To change a Tab Title:

You can also change the tab title by going to the edit settings described in the above link and selecting change custom tab title.

Of course, if you would rather not DIY, you can always have Partners In Profit modify the basic Facebook Business Page for you at a very reasonable cost. Or if you are willing to spend a lot more money, there are companies that will build you a completely custom Business Facebook Page. It all depends on your budget and your needs.
